Jake Yanitz Rubin, M.A., is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist, author of From Anxiety to Awakening, former university professor of psychology, and recognized expert in hypnosis and hypnotherapy with degrees in Psychology from UCLA and the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. He is an intuitive listener who has devoted his life to helping motivated clients create meaningful and lasting change, access their inner resources, and experience a higher quality of life.
 

As a lifelong student of psychology and the human mind, Jake has always been fascinated by the power of our thoughts, why we do what we do, and how people can create real and lasting change. His work focuses on helping clients understand and shift the deeper patterns that drive behavior, allowing them to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.
 

Jake graduated with the highest honors and at the top of his class from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in Los Angeles, the oldest nationally accredited college for hypnotherapy in the United States. During his clinical internship, he was awarded the prestigious Clinical Achievement Award for Exceptional Performance and Outstanding Academic Achievement, HMI’s highest honor.
 

In addition to his Board Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Jake holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. He has worked with hundreds of clients, helping them overcome anxiety, break unwanted habits, and create meaningful, lasting transformation in their lives.
